The XC cutting system is equipped with an integrated feed-through pusher, ensuring controlled and uniform material feed. It is ideally suited for processing pre-processed or metal-separated materials for recycling or energy recovery. The four-sided, indexable knives and adjustable static bars can be replaced quickly and easily, reducing maintenance time and lowering operating costs.

Adjustable main cutting bar

The adjustable main cutting bar offers you the option to adjust the cutting opening. The shredder can be optimally adjusted for the material to be shredded and the required discharge fraction.

This option is only available for the C cutting system.

UNTHA Eco Power Drive – Synchronous Drive

The UNTHA Eco Power Drive is a beltless synchronous direct drive for high-torque applications and demanding continuous operation. Two water-cooled synchronous motors with load-dependent speed control transmit power directly to the rotor and automatically adjust torque and speed to the material. This ensures efficient and consistently high throughput.

The high efficiency significantly reduces energy consumption—especially during 24/7 operation. The low-noise, wear-free direct drive operates without belts, which demonstrably reduces maintenance requirements.
