At UNTHA, the security of our products and services is a high priority. We welcome reports from customers, researchers, and other parties who identify potential security vulnerabilities in UNTHA products, software, or related services.

What to Include in Your Report

To help us investigate the issue efficiently, please include:

- A clear description of the vulnerability

- The affected product, software version, or service

- Steps required to reproduce the issue

- Any proof-of-concept code, screenshots, logs, or other relevant information

- Your contact information for further communication

Our Commitment

Upon receipt of a vulnerability report, UNTHA will:

- Acknowledge receipt of the report within 5 business days

- Assess and validate the reported issue

- Keep the reporter informed about the progress where appropriate

- Work to remediate confirmed vulnerabilities in a timely manner

- Coordinate disclosure where applicable

Scope

This policy applies to:

- UNTHA products

- UNTHA software and firmware

- UNTHA-operated digital services and websites

Issues outside the scope of cybersecurity vulnerabilities, such as general product support requests or feature suggestions, should be submitted through the standard customer support channels.

Legal Safe Harbor

UNTHA will not pursue legal action against individuals who:

- Comply with this policy

- Conduct security research in good faith

- Promptly report discovered vulnerabilities through the designated reporting channel

- Avoid actions that could compromise confidentiality, integrity, or availability of systems, products, or data

Confidentiality

Information regarding reported vulnerabilities will be treated confidentially and shared only with those who require access for investigation and remediation purposes.
