UNTHA Systems Solution for Single-Stage Waste Wood Processing

- An XR2000RC ensures efficient shredding of the waste wood: throughput capacity of approx. 6−7 t/h, in accordance with B63.
- To reduce dust emissions, the shredder's hopper is equipped with a water spray system.
- The material is then transported via a closed conveyor belt to a magnetic separator, which removes ferrous metals.
- Another conveyor belt transports the wood chips through a fire-protected wall opening to the outside area. There, three bunkers are filled with the material.
- These bunkers feed a 3 MW biomass boiler, which generates thermal energy through thermal utilization.
