UNTHA at IFAT 2026
Visit us from May 4 to 7 at IFAT Munich 2026. This year's theme is “Rethinking Innovation,” because we are constantly working to develop new shredding technologies and continuously improve existing products. We always focus on the future requirements of our customers.
At our booth—Hall B6, Booth 127—and in the VDMA outdoor area, we will present our new products and be happy to provide you with personal advice.
The XR class has long been one of the best shredders on the market.
Now it has undergone a comprehensive upgrade and is even more efficient and powerful. What makes it special is that we don't believe in a “one size fits all” approach; instead, we develop customized shredding solutions for individual requirements.
Universally applicable – that's the RS class from UNTHA. Our 4-shaft shredders have proven themselves over decades and are used particularly in the field of industrial recycling. The fourth generation of the RS now stands for maximum productivity and high user-friendliness.
One of our new products is the MR1800 – the “Titan of Shredders”. Developed for particularly tough applications where conventional products reach their limits: a universally applicable 1-shaft shredder for recycling demanding materials and untreated production waste.
Another highlight is the new SR3000 – “the Performance Champion.” It is the most powerful secondary shredder on the market and is used for processing pre-treated materials into high-quality substitute fuels.
The most important thing at a trade fair – apart from the products – are the personal conversations. Our experts are always available to answer your questions.
The purchase of an UNTHA shredder marks the beginning of a long-term partnership. Our Service Competence Center provides comprehensive support to customers: with reliable advice, services, and original UNTHA spare parts.

Live demonstrations on the outdoor grounds of IFAT:
Daily from 10:40 a.m. to 11:40 a.m. and from 2:40 p.m. to 3:40 p.m.
We recommend that you arrive outside in good time: Headsets will be distributed on the outdoor grounds so that you can listen to all the information about the individual machines live.
