Waste arising during the manufacture of products, such as stampings or deep-drawn components in the steel or plastic processing industries, are often shredded directly where they occur, then recycled or disposed of. This also applies to bulky or awkwardly shaped parts such as sprue or defective products. Small, compact machines allow on-the-spot shredding and therefore ensure trouble-free handling of easily transportable granules.

With our patented UNTHA four-shaft system, we are able to provide an individual solution for the widest possible range of demands. More than 300 different cutters are available for special requirements. An optimally adjusted cutter and perforated screen combination provides the uniformity of granules that you require with minimal dust generation. Depending on your specific needs we can equip the shredders with extraction hoods, screw conveyors to remove the granules or a compression system to feed the shredder with the waste products. Our machines are extremely robust in order to withstand foreign bodies, they operate reliably and require minimum maintenance.
