Customer-specific solutions
UNTHA has many years of experience and a
comprehensive knowledge of shredding technology. Thanks to our sophisticated
technical know-how, strong focus on the individual wishes and problems of our
customers and extensive range of machines and cutting systems, we are able to
offer a wide range of cost-effective solutions.
The modular construction of our products is the underlying
factor which enables us to customize machine configurations, together with you,
to meet your specific requirements. The various components, such as cutters,
drives, perforated screens, shaft seals etc., can be combined in a modular way.
For example, we can choose from a range of 300 different cutters, which have
been developed and perfected over time. In addition to the four-shaft machines
that we have developed and patented, we also manufacture an extensive range of
single-shaft shredders and rotary shears.
This range of equipment is complemented by a wide selection
of special accessories for loading the machines and removing the granules
(e.g. supporting frames, funnels, conveyor systems, in-feed mechanisms etc.).
UNTHA is therefore a full system supplier and expert partner capable of
resolving both the technical and economic aspects of your waste problem.
Shredders from UNTHA stand out thanks to their excellent
quality, reliability, strength and low maintenance requirements. We manufacture
to order – in other words we produce each machine to meet your specific needs.
