Wood Our extremely versatile shredders are widely used to prepare wood for furnaces and briquette presses. Our LR, RS30 and RS40 series machines reliably shred veneers, off-cuts, chip-board, complete euro-pallets, mixed waste wood or bark to granule sizes varying between 12 and 120 mm depending on your needs.
You will find single-shaft LR series machines the perfect choice for shredding the waste wood that occurs in saw-mills, carpenters’ and joiners’ shops, pallet production and pallet disposal facilities or in the furniture-making industry as a result of chip-board waste. The required uniform granule size is ensured by the use of the appropriate hole size in the perforated screen. Wood-working factories, on the other hand, mainly go for the four-shaft RS30 and RS40 series shredders. The patented four-shaft system is particularly well-suited to processing very long lengths of waste wood. The RS30 and RS40 series machines can be used anywhere. The granule size required by the customer is guaranteed by the use of a suitably dimensioned perforated screen. The RS30 and RS40 series are distinguished by their extremely robust construction, excellent resistance to foreign bodies and reliability in use.
