RS30 series The world’s first four-shaft shredder is part of UNTHA’s RS30 series. With this series, the four-shaft shredder and perforated screen invented and patented (patent number 319535) by Anton Unterwurzacher were incorporated into an industrially produced machine for the first time. Over the last 25 years the series has been continuously developed and improved and offers highly sophisticated technology. The four-shaft shredders in this series can be supplied with three different driving powers and have been a favorite among our customers for many years. The numerous cutter and screen variants, which can be individually combined to suit your requirements, allow the shredder to be used for a wide range of applications, which is why this shredder was also originally known as the "universal shredder". Our wide-ranging experience with this series is especially valuable for special applications. Hundreds of different cutters are available depending on the application and allow us to design, together with you, customized solutions to meet almost any requirement. Thanks to the extensive range of applications and long period over which these machines have been in service, our development engineers are in an ideal position to achieve further optimization. The RS30 series stands out in particular due to its robustness – a decisive advantage when it comes to dealing with non-shreddable foreign bodies. The SPS control system can be set to guarantee an optimum shredding process. The low rotation speeds result in a particularly quiet shredding process with low levels of dust generation. A range of rotary screens for determining the granule size are also available. In addition we can offer you a comprehensive range of accessories for feeding the shredders and removing the granules; compression feeders, bogies, funnels and screw conveyors can be fitted to suit your individual requirements. |
