We offer a large selection of longevity wood shredders for carpenters, joineries and the wood processing industries, with various working widths, rotor diameters and drive capacities. The wood waste grinders can shred all mixed woodworking waste such as offcuts, veneers, pallets, solid timber, particleboards and MDF boards. The possible granulate sizes usually range from 12 to 80 mm. Metal-free wood chips
All our industrial wood shredders produce a high quality granulate for immediate use in wood chip heating systems or the production of briquettes. Metal parts such as nails, screws, clamps or metal fittings are no problem for the cutting system: The metal is shredded together with the waste wood and can easily be removed by an additional metal separation system or a pipe magnet.

Shredding cap timber is quite a challenge for size reduction machines. The machine needs to be particularly robust and sturdy. We offer shredding solutions specifically designed for this "very hard" application.

Particle board and MDF boards
Our single-shaft shredders are especially well suited for shredding all types of board materials. Both particle boards and MDF boards are shredded reliably and efficiently. We can always offer a trouble free size reduction solution depending on the board size and the desired throughput rate and granular size.
UNTHA four-shaft shredders are well proven in the shredding of long wood splinters. Thanks to the special cutting unit configuration, the splinters are independently "pulled" into the machine and reliably shredded. Our rotary shears are particularly sturdy and have a long service life.
Shredding pallets with metal inclusions (nails, screws, clamps, ...) are no problem at all for the robust UNTHA cutting unit. After shredding, the metal pieces can be easily removed with a magnet. Production waste from the wood processing industries
When shredding woodworking waste from the wood processing industry, it is very important for the shredding machines to maintain high availability particularly in multi-shift operation. Our wood waste grinders are very reliable and are particularly designed for multi-shift operation. Moreover, the low maintenance requirements further increase availability.
Shredding thin veneers appears to be very easy at first glance. But correct wood grinder configuration is a decisive factor here. With our spiky shaped pusher infeed system we offer you a customized shredding machine especially designed for shredding veneer.
Two shredding systems are available for shredding bark. Our rotary shears work especially well with wet bark, while our LR single-shaft series is the preferred system for dry and hard bark.
